Internet System for Customer Service Points of Distributors of Investment Funds (ISP)
The application serves to place orders through external customer service points, to print order forms and generate reports. Moreover, ISP makes it possible to review orders and their execution status, as well as to review data concerning unitholders and their registers in conformity with provisions regarding personal data protection.
The application makes it possible for service users to access informational materials and aids (e.g. funds' statutes, sales procedures). As far as funds' representatives and directors of branches are concerned, the application provides them with information and reports necessary in their everyday work and allows them ro review information concerning sales results.
