The role of the Management Board Office is to provide legal, organisational and administrative services to the Company and its bodies, to control the conformity of activities performed by the Company with the provisions of law, to supervise operational risk and information security as well as protection of personal data. Moreover, the Management Board Office undertakes actions aimed to perfection the flow of information and documents as well as to improve the organisation in the Company.
The role of the IT Office consists in providing efficient and continuous services to the Company as far as IT infrastructure is concerned. Tasks of the IT Office include also IT infrastructure management and ensuring computer operation continuity as far as systems used in the Company are concerned, designing, elaborating and developing applications and systems used in the Company for the purposes of the Company and its Customers in a manner to guarantee appropriate operation of the elaborated software and in accordance with best practice in the domain, by performing analytical, design and programming works.
The Human Resources Management Team deals with human resources issues of the Company in way which is efficient, appropriate and consistent with the provisions of law. What is more, the Team's role is to ensure that the Company employs qualified and committed staff.
The role of the Finance Office consists in providing accounting and reporting services, as well as payroll management services, to the Company in a manner which is efficient, appropriate and consistent with the provisions of law. Furthermore, tasks of the Finance Office include providing efficient and regular operational service to Customers who, under an appropriate agreement, ordered the Company to perform activities related to keeping the accounts of funds.
The role of the Customer Service Office is to ensure efficient and appropriate service, including telephone service, in the scope determined in agreements concluded by the Company and its Customers.
The role of the Settlement and Control Office is to ensure appropriate and timely settlement of financial transactions as well as to perform other tasks related to the management of bank accounts of Funds within the framework of maintaining a register of members, registers of unitholders and other registers, as well as ancillary activities related to keeping records of closed funds unitholders. The manner of performing these activities is determined by provisions of law, instructions conveyed to the Company by Customers, as well as internal provisions applied in the Company.
The role of the Operational Office is to ensure efficient and appropriate operational service to Customers who, under an appropriate agreement, ordered the Company to perform activities related to keeping registers of unitholders, members, insured persons or other registers and records in accordance with appropriate provisions of law, instructions of Customers and internal regulations.
The role of the Sales Office consists in acquiring new Customers, as well as in making sure that the Company provides high level services to its current Customers.
