Modern technology

The IT systems we offer have been designed and developed by our IT team. The systems contain many innovative and original solutions useful in everyday use. Flexibility and the use of modern technology allows to customize the system to customers' individual needs and requirements.
As the transfer agent we also provide our customers with the following applications:

• Internet application designed for investment funds participants (IAT FI)

IAT FI allows investment funds participants to submit orders through a specially dedicated website. The application includes following functions:
- the possibility to set up the participation in the fund and to open the register,
- the possibility to look through the participant's registers,
- the possibility to view transactions, including checking the status of submitted orders,
- the possibility to contact the investment fund company and the transfer agent.

• Internet application designed for pension funds members (IAT)
  

IAT is an information service for pension funds members. Access via internet to the virtual office allows pension funds members to:
- review contributions on the participant's account, including missing contributions,
- view information on subscription (activity of access channels)
- view the data of pension funds members,
- obtain information about the current net asset value and the value of unit,
- review the statute of a fund.

• Internet system for the investment funds Customer Service Points and for representatives of pension funds (ISP)
  

The application is used to submit orders through the customer service points, to print orders and reports. ISP also allows to view orders with their status as well as look through the data of the participants and their registers in accordance with the requirements of personal data protection.
The application provides users with information and auxiliary materials (such as the fund's statutes, sales procedures).
ISP provides representatives of funds and branch directors with information and reports necessary in their daily work, including the information about the sales results.

Guarantee of data security

The security policy implemented in our company complies with the regulations for the protection of personal data. We operate on the basis of the Information Security Management System ISO/IEC 27001:2005. Customer data stored in our system are secured with the use of modern information technologies and their protection is strictly obeyed in accordance with appropriate procedures.

Support in the implementation of projects

We offer assistance in the area of analysis, designing and implementation of new solutions and adapting systems to the individual requirements of our clients. In addition, we offer support in preparation procedures, patterns of letters that are sent to customers, operational arrangements, in accordance with the law and with the statutes of funds.

Assistance in new products implementation

Additionally we assist our clients in: needs analyses, parameterization and adjusting the system to the Society’s requirement, preparing cooperation procedures, preparing letter forms to be sent out to fund members, finding operational solutions in line with the legal regulations and the Statutes.
