Scanning:

Within the framework of our services, at the use of specialized equipment, we offer scanning:

• paper documents and processing the documents into an electronic form with the use of Optical Character Recognition technology,
• in black and white mode, simplex, duplex and multiple page scanning,
• different formats of documents (max A3).

   

Archiving:

Within the framework of our services we offer:

• archiving documents in electronic version (in the form of a non-editable images) with the possibility of quick view and print,
• archiving original documents in a traditional Paper Archive in accordance with the relevant standards and laws, in the rooms adapted to the requirements of the law in terms of technical conditions and security of personal data,
• qualification and classification of documents, segregation of acts according to archiving categories,
• putting documents in factual and chronological order,
• shredding documents,
• computer records of the documents,
• delivering files to the state-owned archives.
