Mailing services

We offer professional mailing services including:

• printing – professional laser printing system ensures high quality print of personalized correspondence, information and marketing materials. We offer black and white print, simplex and duplex, on regular, letter head and pre- printed paper. Data for printing are delivered in the form which is convenient for the Client and compliant with safety requirements.
• confidential printing – we print documents that require high data security level (e.g. printing PINs - Personal Identification Numbers), using specialized equipment and modern technology,
• enveloping – professional systems enable us to quickly and automatically envelop mass printouts. We offer packing one-page and multipage documents with the possibility of attaching leaflets. We use envelopes with address window, the formats from C6/5 to C4. We also offer custom hand-packing of consignments, depending on the orders specification.
• quality control - we control every stage of the service performed. The enveloping machines are equipped with an automatic optical mark recognition system (OMR) that detects errors such as simultaneous intake of two documents and controls paper feed and transport as well as the intake, opening and transport of envelops,
• dispatching services – as a standard option, we deliver correspondence to the post office and create dispatching lists according to the Polish Post forms and requirements,
• additional services – on Client’s request we also keep the mail returns register, purchase and provide mailing materials such as: pre-printed envelops, company letterhead paper, ground-printed paper.
