Agnieszka Surmacka - Chairman of the Board of PKO BP Finat sp z o.o.

From December 2002 to February 2010 she worked in Pekao Financial Services Sp. z o.o. where among others, she was a coordinator of the legal advisers team, she was responsible for legal actions concerning the preparation of the Company to serve investment funds as obliged institutions according to anti-money laundering and terrorist financing regulations. She was also responsible for coordination of legal actions related to the launch of a foreign fund service.
Since November 2006 she was a Director of Legal Service and Surveillance Office, responsible for supervising and coordinating the legal services of the Company and for ensuring compliance the Company's operations with obligatory legal regulations.

From 1999 to 2002 she worked in PTE DOM SA. She participated in the work related to starting-up the company and in preparing internal regulations on operating principles of pension fund. She participated in the work of the Chamber of Pension Funds.

She graduated from the Mikołaj Kopernik University in Toruń. She holds title of legal advisor. She is a member of District Chamber of Legal Advisers.

Marcin Kosiński - Member of the Management Board of PKO BP Finat sp. z o.o.

He has worked for PKO BP Finat since 2006, with a year-long break. In the years 2006 – 2008 he took part in constructing transfer agent system for investment funds, afterwards he held the position of Procdut Director for Investment Funds. Since 1 November 2010 he has been the managing director responsible for operational supervision.
In the years 2008 - 2009 he worked for companies offering transfer agent services, among others for UBS Fund Services Luxembourg branch in Poland as the Manager Transaction Processing and Transfer Agent.
In tehe years 1999 – 2006 he worked for Obsługa Funduszy Inwestycyjnych (Citigroup, Global Transaction Services), currently Atlantic Fund Services where he held the position of deputy manager in Settlement of Accounts Team.
He graduated from the Łazarski University in Warsaw, specialization in Business Economics.
He took part in numerous domestic and foreign trainings in financial market, service of hedge funds, anti-money laundering.
